​For clients who have already done the planning but want a stress-free execution, our Day of Coordination Package is the perfect solution.

One month prior to your event, we’ll meet for a pre-event consultation to review all details, followed by two one-hour planning sessions to fine-tune the logistics. A final venue walkthrough will ensure everything is aligned with your vision.

On the day of your event, we provide up to 8 hours of on-site management, including overseeing the event timeline and troubleshooting any issues that arise. We also handle vendor logistics, confirming day-of timelines and setups with entertainment, catering, and other vendors.

Additionally, we take care of all decor setup and breakdown in accordance with the venue’s policies, ensuring a smooth and seamless event from start to finish.
